Coming next

Coverage expands one verified jurisdiction at a time. The next slots prioritize remaining Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads jurisdictions, followed by additional Mid-Atlantic states. We do not announce a launch date for a jurisdiction until its source schedule is in hand.

What is not covered

  • Commercial, industrial, and large multifamily permit fees.
  • Trade-only fees outside of residential construction context.
  • Jurisdictions whose fee schedule we cannot locate or load. These are logged internally and revisited when a new schedule is published.

Request a jurisdiction

If your county or city is not covered yet, send a link to the official fee schedule through our contact page, or email contact@permitprice.com directly. Requests with a working source link move up the queue.

Already-cited fee schedules are indexed in the Source Document Library.
