• Fee correction: include the page URL, the figure shown, the figure you believe is correct, and a link to the official source document. See Corrections.
• New jurisdiction request: include the state, county or city, and a link to the official fee schedule if you have one.
• Press or interview: include outlet, deadline, and topic.
• Permission to quote: short excerpts with attribution and a link back are fine without asking. For full-page reproduction, please email first.

What we cannot help with

• Submitting a permit application on your behalf.
• Telling you what your specific permit will cost. Only your local building department can quote your application.
• Code interpretation, plan review, or contractor recommendations.
• Tax advice, legal advice, or engineering advice.

PermitPrice is a one-person editorial operation. Most messages get a reply within a few business days. Source corrections with a citation are prioritized.
